Get To Know Me
Hi, I´m Ivelina.
I was born and raised in Bulgaria, where I lived until the age of 19. Then I did something many people dream of and fear at the same time — I left everything familiar behind to start over in a new country.
Spain became that new place.
Over the past 11 years, I’ve lived, studied, and built a life across Barcelona, Mexico, Madrid, and now Valencia, where I currently live and work. Each move brought excitement, challenge, and transformation — and also a quiet kind of loneliness that only those living between cultures truly understand.
Like many of the people I now work with, I’ve been through:
The disorientation of learning new languages and codes
The emotional labor of adapting, again and again
The journey of finding a sense of vocation, home, and belonging
Starting over in new cities and building friendships and community from scratch
Learning to be alone — and eventually, at peace with myself
In between all this, I’ve practiced yoga, explored creative expression, found grounding in mindfulness, and worked with people from around the world — all while teaching English on the side (a path that also taught me patience, clarity, and the beauty of shared language).
Today, as a psychologist, I bring all of this with me into my work:
Not just theory, but lived experience.
Not just techniques, but empathy born of having walked that path myself.
If you find yourself somewhere in-between — between cultures, careers, identities, or emotional states — I offer therapy as a space to pause, feel, reflect, and reimagine.

Ready to Begin Your Journey?
If something inside you is asking for change, softness, clarity — this might be the moment to begin.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a little space to breathe, feel, and be heard.
Whether you're living between cultures, seeking emotional grounding, or simply looking to reconnect with yourself — I’m here to walk with you.
Let’s begin, together.
